Our winery is a state of the art building designed to process 5,000 cases of wine each year. The electrical system is complex, engineered to operate both European and US equipment. It has a computer controlled chilling system that regulates temperatures in each tank as well as the barrel room and finished wine storage. The insulation is so effective that parts of the facility do not need a heating system.
The tasting room is located above the laboratory and office with windows looking into the tank room of the winery as well as out to the hillside covered in grape vines.
