2018 Blanc de Blancs is a champagne style sparkling wine which means all the wine was fermented in the bottle as opposed to having the second fermentation in a pressurized tank. Blanc de Blancs, or white from whites, is made from estate grown Chardonnay that was picked early for freshness. Fermented in both steel and oak, this wine was kept on the lees for 15 months before disgorging. It is now ready for any of your celebrations!
