The Manor and Vineyard

Bluestone Vineyard has an array of venues around The Manor and throughout the Vineyard. These venues make Bluestone a special place as each wedding, reception, corporate party, or family gathering is truly a unique experience. Your options to choose from are: The Patio, Pool Area (to use with The Patio), The Meadow, and Tent Sites throughout the vineyard. For these venues everything is a la carte, allowing you to rent just what you need. All venues offer gorgeous views of the Allegheny mountains or of the grape vines around the property.

Outdoor Locations
The RidgeThe Ridge, is the highest point of the vineyard and offers one of the most beautiful views of the valley. Get married by some of the steepest grape vines found in the state of Virginia. We love The Ridge as it allows us to set up our chairs in such a way to give it an amphitheater feel. The Ridge is perfect for ceremonies, large or small, and offers great photo opportunities before or after the ceremony or for engagement photos.
The PatioThe Patio is adjacent to our old Tasting Room and features uninterrupted views of the Allegheny mountains and overlooks the cascading vineyard below. If you’re looking to have an intimate ceremony and/or reception, the patio would be a perfect fit for you! It boasts an impressive capacity of 80 guest and still leaves room for a spacious dance floor. The catering room adjacent to the patio is also available for rent, it gives your caterer room to make last minute preparations and store pre-made food. It also has a 2 burner stove, small sink, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. The patio is also great for rehearsal dinners, should you wish to have yours at the vineyard.

The VineyardOur vineyard features a large flat area that is perfect for wedding ceremonies. If you envisioned a vineyard wedding among the vines, this spot is perfect for you. By surrounding you and your guests between the vines, you can create an intimate ceremony that everyone will remember. This location is also a short walk to the Meeting House, making an easy transition from the ceremony location to the reception.
Pool AreaIf you’re renting the patio, you may want to look into also renting the pool area, as it is an extension of the patio. It can serve as an overflow area if guests wish to move around. In the past, some brides and grooms have used this area as a transition area, utilizing the pool area as a cocktail hour location while the wedding party finishes up any post-ceremony photographs. When renting the pool area, you are welcome to bring weighted decorations to place in the pool and a pool fountain is also available to rent.

The Meadow
|
The Meadow is home to our Toast the Weekend Concert Series and Harvest Family Fun Day, both great events that draw up to 1,000 guests. Featuring a large stage with electricity and lighting, as well as, a large concrete pad in front that is great for dancing. This spacious area is perfect in the warmer months for business/corporate parties, large family gatherings, and other groups. The Meadow features electrical hook ups for food trucks, bands, DJ’s, and anything else you may need. A luxury restroom trailer is also available for rent, if needed. In The Meadow there is no such thing as a bad seat, the amphitheater feel allows sound to travel well and offers great views of the stage from all angles.
