The Meeting House

The Meeting House is a premier venue with the top level being the focal point of all celebrations taking place at Bluestone Vineyard. Upon your first entrance, the banquet room will take your breath away with its impressive wall of windows yielding a gorgeous view of the Allegheny Mountains.

Don’t be intimidated by the size of the banquet hall. It is perfect for gatherings large or small. The open layout makes it very versatile. During the day the room is beautifully lit with natural sunlight and by evening hanging chandeliers, each equipped with dimmers, create an intimate atmosphere. It is one of the largest all-purpose venues in the Shenandoah Valley with its impressive capacity of up to 288 guests.  
​As you venture further into the room, take time to appreciate the thought and care that went into every inch of the design.  The cathedral ceilings and floors are enhanced with intricately placed sound absorption features. The hard wood flooring  looks sophisticated; yet is durable enough to double as the dance floor, meaning no rental of a portable dance floor is needed.  Mingle by the fireplace in the cooler months and enjoy the warm Shenandoah Valley weather in the warmer ones.  The Meeting House offers gorgeous mountain views year round from both inside and out, and is meant to make beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

Catering Kitchen
We do not have an onsite caterer or café, but no need to worry. Our catering kitchen provides ample space for the caterer of your choice to prepare anything you would like including hors-d'oeuvres, a buffet, or a full plated meal. If the caterer prepares food at their catering location that is not a problem, our kitchen has a warming oven that takes away the worry of keeping prepared food warm.  All rentals of the Meeting House include the use of our dish and flatware, including forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, and glasses.  Our dishware is a soft cream color that is perfect for any event, elegant or casual. Bridal Suite

When getting ready for your ceremony, we want to give you luxury and comfort, and our Bridal Suite fulfills those needs.  The paint color, curtains, hanging chandeliers, wall mounted mirrors, and numerous outlets were all chosen with the thought of providing the perfect place for the bride and her bridal party to get ready.  The room creates a beautiful backdrop for photographs capturing every moment leading up to the ceremony and reception.  Enjoy the privacy from the rest of the building and the freedom to go between the suite and the large adjacent bathroom as you and your party prepare for the wedding or reception. ​​​​
