Cans
We are excited to now be offering canned wine. Cans are great when you want a smaller portion than a bottle and they are more portable during the summer adventure months. Wine cans are 375 ml which is equivalent to half a bottle of wine.
Beau $7.95
A sweet golden wine named for our sweet golden (retriever) dog whose picture is featured on the front of the can. A Vidal Blanc-Traminette blend, it is sweetened to 3% residual sugar.
2019 Vidal Blanc $8.95
An estate grown wine that has a very light, clean, and crisp taste.
2019 Dry Rosé $9.95
The 2019 Rosé is made from 100% Chambourcin grapes unlike our bottled 2018 Rosé that is a blend of Chambourcin and Bordeaux reds.

Whites
2020 Vidal Blanc $17.50
This estate grown vintage was whole cluster pressed and then kept in stainless steel until bottling which gives it a very light, clean and crisp taste.
2019 Estate Grown Stainless Steel Chardonnay $21.50
Kept clean with a cold fermentation and a neutral yeast, this wine is refreshing but still holds the varietal depth of Chardonnay with great minerality. A vineyard highlight.

2017 Estate Grown Chardonnay $23.50
These particular grapes came from our first harvest from the newer vines on the property to the east. After fermentation, the wine stayed on the heavy lees (finished yeast) for 10 months, with monthly stirring of the French oak barrels. This resulted in a wonderful, creamy Chardonnay. The acidity helps focus this wine and gives it structure and an appealing framework.

Fermented mostly in acacia barrels which is less sweet than oak and helps lighten the weighty-ness of the Viognier. This vintage has beautifully dense fruit flavors and finishes dry. One of our best wines to go with a meal.

Grown at our highest elevation block, this wine is all free run wine that did not go to the press. Aging in 50% new French oak barrels gives structure to the wine. It has notes of dark cherry and plum.

The 2017 vintage was crafted with all estate grown fruit, 60% Chambourcin and 40% Cabernet Franc. Fermented with stems and whole clusters to give extra structure and character. Great, easy drinking wine that goes with just about anything.

Made in collaboration with Bridgewater College, this wine pairs well with tailgate foods, cornhole and sweater weather. It is a blend of 56% Petit Verdot, 28% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc so it is smooth and dark without being too heavy. Makes a great gift for a BC grad!
2015 Merlot $24.50
This unfiltered medium-bodied wine starts off with big fruit (black cherry) notes on the nose and palate and ends dry. A great pairing for lamb and hearty pasta dishes.
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon $25.50
Our 2017 Cabernet was blended with a small amount of Petit Verdot to give some additional structure. The 2017 vintage is bolder then the 2016 with more structure than fruit.

A port style wine made from 100% Norton grapes and fermented completely dry, Fortified to 16.1% alcohol and stored in whiskey barrels for 2 years.

A champagne style sparkling wine which means all the wine was fermented in the bottle as opposed to having the second fermentation in a pressurized tank. Blanc de Blancs, or white from whites, is made from estate grown Chardonnay that was picked early for freshness. Fermented in both steel and oak, this wine was kept on the lees for 15 months before disgorging. It is now ready for any of your celebrations!
2018 Wilton White $23.50
Made especially for the Joshua Wilton House in Harrisonburg, this blend is 2/3 Petit Manseng and 1/3 Viognier. One of our winemaker's favorites.

Fermented in oak and aged on the lees for 10 months, this wine's weight is offset by its acid and punchy aromatics. Pineapple and baking spices on the nose head to chamomile and oranges on the palate.
2017 Steep Face $22.50
Grown on one of the steepest vineyard slopes in the Commonwealth, this 100% Chambourcin is dry and concentrated. Fermented with 40% whole clusters, the stems give the wine structure and the fruit a candied character.

2017 Local Chop & Grill Valley Red $24.50
This big, big wine is made of 2/3 Petit Verdot and 1/3 Merlot and especially blended for the Local Chop House. It has lots of tannins and dark fruit and was aged in American and Hungarian Oak.

33% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, 11% Petit Verdot, this Bordeaux blend has a structure that is inspired by the Right Bank. . Spice of close and toast balance the sweetness of coconut and butterscotch.
2020 Silver Virginia Governor's Cup, 2020 Silver International Eastern Wine Competition
2016 Petit Verdot $25.50
As you taste the 2016, you’ll find it has good acid and even the fine tannins on the finish are chewy with some power, but this wine is not as aggressive as the Petit Verdot brand has come to be known. With a floral nose of lilac and violet, only second use and neutral barrels were used in order to not overpower anything. The acidity has a plum character to it, which has a very clean finish, meant to go with food.
