2018 Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs, or white from whites, is made from estate grown Chardonnay that was picked early for freshness. Fermented in both steel and oak, this wine was kept on the lees for 15 months before disgorging. It is now ready for any of your holiday celebrations! 

2022 Half Bubble Off-Center

Our first pétillant naturel (or "pet-nat") is made of 100% Chambourcin rose.  Bottled and disgorged by hand, this dry, unfiltered, lightly effervescent wine might be the funnest thing on our menu.
