2018 Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs, or white from whites, is made from estate grown Chardonnay that was picked early for freshness. Fermented in both steel and oak, this wine was kept on the lees for 15 months before disgorging. It is now ready for any of your holiday celebrations! 

2021 Merlot

This unfiltered medium-bodied wine starts off with big fruit (black cherry) notes on the nose and palate and ends dry. A great pairing for lamb and hearty pasta dishes.
