Riedel Seminar

For those who have reservations, glasses have arrived! You may now pick up your glasses and tasting kit if you are planning to participate at home.
The Riedel Seminar is rescheduled with a virtual twist! Join us on Sunday, August 23rd from 2-4 pm for an afternoon like no other as you experience a new way to enjoy wine. We will host Julio Ruiz of Riedel America through Zoom who will lead the group through a wine tasting with varietal specific wine glasses. You will come to understand how the size and the shape of a wine glass can affect your perception of the aroma and taste of the wine. All participants will be tasting 4 different wines in various glasses and have their own set of 4 Riedel wine stems, a value of $138!
There are two ways to participate:
(1) Attend the seminar in the Meeting House Banquet Hall on August 23 from 2 - 4 pm. Watch Julio Ruiz of Riedel America from our large projector screen and hear from our winemaker, Lee Hartman himself about how his wines present in Riedel glasses. You can do the tasting in your Riedel glasses here in person. Masks required when not seated and social distancing rules will be enforced. Seating in the Meeting House Banquet Hall will be reduced to maintain social distance policies.
(2) Pick up your Reidel glasses and wine tasting kit in advance and watch through Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
