As you taste this wine, you’ll find it has good acid and even the fine tannins on the finish are chewy with some power, but this wine is not as aggressive as the Petit Verdot brand has come to be known. With a floral nose of lilac and violet, only second use and neutral barrels were used in order to not overpower anything. The acidity has a plum character to it, which has a very clean finish, meant to go with food.
